Grease stain on the carpet woven (due to clean Fiber Cleaning Bissell). Any suggestions?
We have pets, and my dog had an accident on my carpet. I hope that the Bissell Carpet Cleaner and the foam that comes with it ("Fiber Cleansing") is cleaning. Instead, he this fat, as the stain. I tried using the Aurora and then scrub the stain hours remained the same. Any suggestions on getting rid of it? I am very angry and want to contact Bissell, but I like to see if there is any effective way to remove the stain. And also, what should I do about it if I can not remove stain? Should I write a letter or an email, and if so, what should I say or ask?
"Woven" Is this a handmade carpet? If so the colors are left. As to Bissell, I used their products for years and never had a problem. Of course, I have read watches and warnings as "Test small area first." These machines were designed for standard carpets. I do not want to hear this, but if this is a handmade carpet, the fault is yours.
