How sooner a blood sample would show HIV+, after getting infected ?
That is to say in how many weeks or months.

ELISA test for the detection of the HIV antibody will become positive only after 4 – 10 weeks depending upon the reagent used, sensitivity of the reagent etc etc.
NAT (Nucleic Acid test) may give you an earlier positivity , if infected, much earlier , maybe in 3 to 6 weeks. But as on now, NAT is available only for HIV type I.
