How to Transport Loveseat from One City to Another?
I am moving from Texas to California to attend Sacramento State in August. My Mom and I are driving two cars out here so I can bring a Custom Made Dollhouse and my TV stand. Since there are only two big pieces, we do not want to have to rent a truck. My grandmother, however, is letting me have her Loveseat so I do not have to buy one of those too.
I am wondering about how I could get the loveseat to my apartment. She lives in Bakersfield and I need to get it up to Sacramento, which is a 5 hour drive. I don’t want to have to waste money on a truck rental, since I only need to move one thing, but the only Van rentals I have found are not applicable for one way rentals as I would pick it up in Bakersfield and drop it off in Sac.
I drive a Nissan Versa and don’t know if anyone knows if I would be able to fit a loveseat in the back if I laid down all the seats. Any help would be appreciated, Thanks.
