Rug Carpet
Question about using a Rug Doctor carpet cleaner?

I read on their website that the machine only picks up 50-80% of the water and chemicals it injects.
What happens to the remaining water that will stay under the carpet. I have hardwood floors under the carpet and I’m worried about them being damaged and most importantly having molding issues.

Thank you in advance.

I used the Rug Doctor for years when I had carpets(before I installed all laminate flooring) and when the old carpet was pulled up there wasn’t a bit of evidence to show that it ever soaked through or caused any kind of stain. They work great too!
