Looking to find a healthy meal of grilled meat for my boyfriend?
Okay, so my boyfriend sees a coach and takes it into a bulking diet gain muscle mass and need to change up your diet a bit. Has anyone seen in the Grocery Store packaged roast beef (such as bulk rate / dive … that is, used roast beef and gravy) that comes with nutrition facts on the packaging? He can not buy anything without knowing the facts nutrition. We live in South Jersey, there are a lot Store rites, and Superfresh acmes in our area if this helps. Thanks!

How to make a delicious rub for beef roast
Many of us grew up enjoying the fragrance of mother pot roasts in the oven Sunday afternoon. It was a weekly routine. I even led to the tradition with my own children. But guess Why? One day my son came to me and said, "Mom, can we have something different pleeeeeeeease for dinner on Sunday?" Yes, my children had grown a little tired of the same boring barbecue, surrounded by chunks of carrots, onions and potatoes. I needed a new plan of attack. But what other way is therefore to prepare a roast? Tell the children a break for a couple of weeks, and then literally a meal spiced tired. Enter rubbed roast beef.

It is very easy to get confusing when you head to the meat counter at the supermarket. Hmmm, you must use an eye of round roast? How about a loin roast? What is a breast? overwhelming Huh?
Our recommendation for a delicious rubbed chuck roast is a roast. They're fine marble, it adds flavor and makes some great salsa. Sizes vary, so it's easy to choose one that suits your family needs. The key to a flavorful fusion-su – in the mouth, down-the-bone roast is slow cooking.
One of the reasons why it smelled so wonderful mom baked all afternoon is because she did not try to have it from oven to table in 30 minutes. The roasted for several hours. If you would like to make a deliciously different meat-rubbed pan, just follow these simple steps.
• Choose a good chuck roast marble. Allow about ½ pound per person. The roast loses some of its mass during cooking, so even though many people do not eat ½ pound of beef in one sitting, which is the easiest way to assess what size roast to purchase.
• Prepare your touch. This is our favorite:
-2 Tsp. parsley
-2 Tsp. marjoram
-1 Tbsp. basil
-2 ½ tsp. garlic powder
1 tsp. thyme leaves
1 tsp. rosemary leaves, crushed
1 tsp. oregano
Mix spices together in a small bowl. Rub all sides of roast. Place in refrigerator and let sit for a couple
of hours. No need to turn.
• Melt about 2 tablespoons. butter in a roasting pan or oven Dutch over medium-high heat. Be careful not to burn
butter. quickly sear the meat on all sides. Remove from heat.
• roast deck and place in a preheated oven at 300 degrees F.. Set the timer for one hour.
• After an hour, the oven temperature to turn back 200 degrees F. Leave the door open to cool.
• Roast slow roasted for at least 4 hours. To prevent the top of the meat drying out, spoon some of the juices from time to time on the top.
• Remove from oven and let stand for about 10 minutes before carving. Serve immediately with their equipment fittings. Well …. do not forget the mashed potatoes!
We've made this roast with various cuts of beef, but Our favorite is the Chuck Roast. But no matter how you prepare, beef slow cooker can turn an inexpensive cut of meat in a delicious meal.
