Our neighbor was so charming Korea. Korea some time ago and brought us some red bean curry. In the package you have a recipe for miso soup with curry. I was wondering if you use it for the true Japanese style, or some other type of miso soup.

Using Black Beans create Edible Delights

Black beans – nutritious nature loaded full of protein, cholesterol free, and is considered as a quick delicious way to a healthy meal. In all bean recipes, always remember to drain and rinse beans before using. Then I'll give you some ideas for healthy recipes for healthy living with black beans.

Black Bean Sauté

Mango Salad Black Bean

2 cups diced mango, 1 cup chopped sweet pepper, 6 green onions thinly sliced, 1 / 4 cup fresh cilantro leaves, 1 / 4 cup lemon juice, 1 tablespoon olive oil
1 jalapeno, seeded and minced with, and add sea salt and fresh pepper to taste.

In a medium sized salad bowl, mix black beans, diced mango, diced red bell pepper, sliced green onions, chopped fresh coriander leaves, lemon juice, olive oil and jalapeno together. Mix gently in a bowl. Toss salad and serve. healthy recipes for 4-6 people. This is delicious and my favorite.
