Need help finding addresses for recently purchased a piece of furniture?
Purhased trundle bed sofa leather made by Acme Furniture, City of Industry, CA – Model # 2420-36-h center couch. 3 boxes in total shipped without instructions !!!!! Call direct business in California and I said they can not give instructions consumers, only the store of purchase. He also stated that they may be able to give instructions, because it would have to "open the boxes" in their stores and see if I can find. The process can take from three days to 1-2 weeks. Meanwhile, the boxes are opened and pieces scattered around my Living Room. Ready to tie the game and try to recover to a store that does not make refunds on special order furniture.
Be patient, everything goes back to check and make sure that the instructions are not recorded in some of the foam or bubble wrap things??
