Crimanal old cases from 2000 and 2001?
After 6-7 years the Miami-Dade clerk of the court has decided to send me two letters saying I have the court without paying the costs of care. From 02.12.2002 to have married and have been out of trouble and held the same job for the same period time. Before I was homeless for 3 years and spend about 2 years (and off) in prison. My question is, I do not understand, I realized that I have paid my debt with the company for driving with a suspended license, petit theft and grand theft for stealing some goods from a department store to support his addiction at a time. I all that behind me! Now it seems to be back to haunt me, not to mention still waiting to hear from the clerk of the courts on more than 20 times since he was arrested a few times in that period of my life (which thank God is over) and will probably take me to jail or homelessness again as almost I can not pay my bills as it is. Can anyone help me with this little problem?
Well .. could be that you are now met. No matter – if you still should not just brush under the carpet because you've been good – can help your case in court, but that's not reason not to get the $ $ from you. You did – just be a man and pay.
