My son is 2 ½ years, and loves dora and watching cartoons as barbie girly and Strawberry Shortcake, cleaning, playing tea Party loves everything pink., High heels and handbags too. I love going to his cousins who has a doll's house, all that cooking for a girl. In your home has a lot of trucks, cars, especially for young children and will not play with them. I know I dont concerned.And young children have a sense of what a girls and children's toys. But I have a 1 ½-old nephew refuses to play the girly things like a doll. What is your opinion?
NOT invest in more child toys. He's fine. Children playing with toys when they are young girls grow up to be sensitive and caring men. he will make a great husband someday. The gender roles that our society forces on children not more harm than good. Children are taught not to show her emotions because that is effeminate and girls are taught to act feminine and weak and can not do things kids can do. I think it's wonderful your child is not bound by gender roles. It has absolutely nothing to do with sexuality at this age. I just hope he has a father figure strong in his life to teach him how to be a good man. Let her play with Barbies.
