What do you think of the new movie Hairspray, really?
I love and I can not wait to get on DVD. But I only ask because even though a fan of hers, no one can deny the changes made in the recent adaptation, such as tone down some of the harshness and field factor of over-the-top, mature character of Edna and portray her as a mousy introvert, eliminating "Mama, I'm A Big Girl Now", "Good Morning Baltimore (Reprise) "," Velma's Revenge, "lice", "It Takes Two" and "The Big Doll House" and of course changing much of the plot around so that no scenes of prison. I think that it would not have liked it more if it had known about the original musical version in stages. It is certainly a wonderful story, but each time the music was adapted as films that I can not always overcome the change much, although of course I know that will never be the same. I do not think that changes in this edition of Hairspray is necessarily negative and still loved it. Just kind of walked away from the tradition of Hairspray. What their views?
is so cute in the movie. I thought that in comparison with the original work has been fantastic. I was a little upset that has not yet played "Doll house supply" in the film (one of my favorites), but overall, the movie surprised me.
