What is a good way to lose weight the Old Fashioned way?
Not any treatment or pills. Only the old-fashioned, get out and keep. I can not go to the gym because it is closed for two years, and they are building a six hours away. I have no computer, either. I do some races in football and I jump rope a lot. All solutions or schedules that I can use to help me? In addition, meal times would be much appreciated. Thanks in advanced, ten points better response.
Drink lots of water, as it will fill up (I read on a website once that 80% of us are walking around dehydrated and when we feel hungry we are actually just thirsty. try to aim for at least 8 glasses of water a day) and try to avoid junk food, eat plenty of veges and fruits. treat to get at least one hour of exercise if you are under 18 and 30 min of exercise if you are over 18 years. Most people these days in a coma so if you have hungry during the day, maybe you should eat smaller meals plus a few during the day rather than three large meals principal. Try to have a good breakfast and this will keep you busy during the day and you do not feel the sense of hunger is to eat less. Try to have a slow-release carbohydrates and some protein as this will keep you busy. something like a muesli and low fat yogurt or an egg and spinach is good. No need to go to the gym for exercise. running and jumping are large ways to lose weight.
