When is it too late to revive a Miniature Rose?
I work in a corporate office and a miniature rose was left out to be thrown away. All the leaves have fallen off, the stems are completely bare and it looks pretty dead to me. However, Ive never been one to give up on plants. Could it be possible that its dormant because its winter? Should I transfer it to a larger pot and add new soil and fertilizer? I’d just like to know if the plant has a chance to survive.
Snip the top off a stem with a pair of scissors. If it is dry and brown inside, keep cutting back and maybe find live cells. If it is dried up all the way down, it is dead. Should you find it is still green/white and moist inside you can make stem cuttings and root them or replant the whole thing, keeping it moist.
