Cargo/stop lamps for 1990′s pickups?
I am attempting to locate stock-replacement third brake/cargo lamps for two vehicles by part number: my 1994 Ranger, stripped thereof when the previous owner installed a camper shell; and the 1995 F-350 I now maintain, as a previous owner installed too-high-wattage bulbs and the housing melted. I am also attempting to find a single-Luxeon LED bulb (620-630nm) on a miniature wedge base to fill the CHMSL position, as it makes heat a non-issue and will extract the best performance from the Fresnel lens therein. What part numbers do I need for both CHMSL/cargo-lamp positions; and what LED bulb is available for the CHMSL performance I am after?
The stop/cargo lamps I am attempting to locate will carry a FoMoCo part number in the manner of ????-*-??. I have already attempted a number of online stores for the parts I need, unsuccessfully to date; the only center stop/cargo lamps I did find are attached to hardware I cannot use.

Table Lamps for the Classic Interior

A particularly elegant pair of late 19th century, Chinese export, papier mache, Mei P’ing shaped table lamps, the slender lamps in imitation of patinated, gilded bronze. The vase shapes very delicately decorated with faded, gilded willows overhanging a village scene. In the foreground, painted in miniature, is an amusing subject of two boys at play with a ball. Although diminutive, the children are reproduced with a very fine sense of movement. The lamps on original black lacquered bases.
