How to create a Miniature Japanese garden for wedding centerpieces?
For my centerpieces, i would love to make miniture japanese gardens complete with a koi pond, bridge, and zen garden. I’m very crafty and pretty much have a good idea on how im going to make it, but im stumpt on where i can buy all these Miniature Items. I need
toy Japanese bridges (red if possible)
bamboo fences
FAKE bonsai trees (real ones are killer expensive) or fake cherry blossom trees
traditional toy Japanese houses

Hobby Lobby is a good store where you can find stones, bamboo, sand. I would go to a nursery for small plants that can resemble bonsai. You can build the bridges if you are crafty and you can use pieces cut from Japanese bamboo table mats for bamboo fences. Hobby Lobby also has bamboo pencil holder (like a cylinder); you can split cut a 1/3 or 1/2 to create a bridge. I am sure you’ll have fun completing this project.
