okay I remember during my childhood watching this odd film on television about a human being female about late 20s mid 30s who happens to stumble upon this world in the sky where there is a house in the clouds during the film she meets these 2 miniature hobbit like characters both men age unknown they both have this uncanny ability to use these magical shoes to jump from cloud to cloud but what is I remember the most about this film is the theme song that plays either before the opening of the film or during the transition while bouncing from cloud to cloud high in the sky it consisted mostly of instruments which were light, airy and had an emotional reaction to some users who thought of it as melodic and upbeat I really don’t know much more other then this scene which is kind of memorable to me and I am 25 yrs old I think this film I saw was when I was like 12 or 15
