A "FEW" questions on Miniatures?
I'm thinking of getting into miniatures that show, I have to be able to have an ideal of how much to keep How much would be to buy halters / bridles show / carpet / wrapped / slicers, etc. .. etc. .. How much fees entry shows How to feed them and so what to feed them? Is it more expensive miniatures that big horses? How much land do you need? I bought my halter show for $ 172. I bought your sample sheet of about $ 50 and blanket winter of about $ 70. Compared with my horses great, everything was much cheaper. Clippers are normal … do not need a special type. I have the cheap ones I have in TSC for about $ 45. You can get very cheap brushes – just like regular horses. They are much cheaper than big horses. I let mine have access to his hay at all times. He just goes through a little more than a bullet from a month. Put a cup of grain twice a day. You do not need much land. I turn mine with a goat in a round pen, and a lot big enough for both to run around and graze. Never tried to break one or put a brake to one. I bought mine for show in halter only.
