Where should I lodge a complaint against an online business?
I have been selling Re-Ment miniatures (Miniature Toys Japan) on Etsy.com since 2008. Recently All my ads have been suspended (without notice) because he said his government has changed and no longer allow the sale of Re-Ment in place. I paid the share sale (contract) and you no longer allow the sale of Re-Ment, if you just leave your list and not allow for renewal? I tried to contact them to give an appropriate response, but all I have is the standard answer saying that I'm selling products are no longer allowed. It complains that it presented to BBB but I suppose that this body not really do anything. I tried to look for another government department to lodge a complaint, but can not find one. I'm not the only victim there. Another sale lost $ 400 + value contribution of fees because of this change of rules. However, there are still many vendors continue to sell * * exactly the same products on Etsy. How fair is that! Anyone know where to go one more file legal complaint? Thanks in advance!
It seems that the government changed Etsy recently. Quoted from their email support in March 2010: Etsy has perfected our rules on trade supply and Re-ments do not meet our criteria for sale no way you can win big corp. They do what they want. They said they break the rule, so be it. Sorry, you're in luck.
