Ment Have
What would a word be if it ment “having something that isn’t necessary but is nice to have”?
Im writing an essay and ive hit a blank spot on a word. i need something that means that. Im writing about drop outs and im trying to emphasize that teachers need to be willing to teach
And im trying to say they should get raises for the work that they do so they could have luxories(spelling wow..) , but a different word.

extravagance, extravagancy, frill are all synonymous with ‘luxury” or luxuries.. You actually spelled it correctly..
