How to set the timing and firing order of a 95 3.0L Dodge Spirit?
I helped a friend of his change of water pump and when it came time to put the belt back on (after lunch) I realized that the marks on the pulleys were not in the right place. How sets the agenda? Where are the trademarks supposed to be any pictures would help? thank you very much, greatly appriciated.
There 2 time stamps – one on the camshaft pulley and one on the crankshaft pulley – both should point to center on the top of the pulley – this center " aligns with the crankshaft and cam pulleys (schools) – if you were to run a Streight edge all the way from top to bottom – (not Streight up)! So cover of the lower back so you can see the pulleys (and loosen brackets tensioners – then you have the crank at TDC) – If you did not turn the crank camshaft or much, being close to shouild right place, so that you can loosen the belt pulley pulley and slide over one notch at a time until you have the camshaft pulley is presented to align with the crankshaft pulley. How timely is "automatic" – if you get the marks lined up right now! Reason they say you can "roll of the two pulleys" in place without turning (which in turn a complete revolution throughout!)!, – is that if you intentionally did not turn the crank or cam, have not moved more than maybe 3-4 teeth (De valve spring tension – possibly outside the center could roll down to release pressure from the spring)! I must say that it is very difficult to get the cam pulley exactly aligned in some cars, it did not submit timing mark where you can easily see – in later models I guess I imagined! I had problems in my 93 'Acclain (basically same engine) – I bought it with the engine timing off one tooth on the camshaft pulley – After changing warterpump, thermostat and radiator (radiator another car I had) – Made water pump that is needed – but the engine still ran too hot after blew heqadgasket – and cleaned him out and put in new junta – and put in order in time of the valve cover (to see if it was in time and run. – and discovered you were running an out of tooth (see easily valve cover), – when I got done, it has become "cool as a cucumber" because "! Note ever – If you do not mess with distributor will remain in time, (and need not worry about it now,) – and firing order, "will remain the right! You can also pull cap distributor and look at the rotor, – when pointing to # 1 spark plug wires on top, is close to tdc! After the loose pulley, you can slip belt more than one to the bottom lines up with it! 1cylijder # is the one in front of the engine which is the side pasenger (where pulleys accessories) – as the engine is cross-cutting! You could go to the library and see how it is configured, or – if you already have a manual that is there – if not, go buy one — "Haynes Auto Repair" manual – available in most of the "best" auto parts supply houses, – (I iget mine at AutoZone)! – The cost is $ 20 or less – and a total repair manual, containing information and illustrations to fix everyhing except the transmission! Just get for your year and model (the manual is # 30 060 ..) – covers 89 through 95 models – both Dodge and Plymouth! – Do not settle for Chiltons, – (which is the second best)! I've only been fixing cars since 1952 – as still buy a manual for all aI time to buy a car!

Why set goals?
It's a fair question. After all, our lives are busy enough without spending time doing something more than daydreaming about what we would do, if you really had the time or money, or energy …
And therein lies the answer. Why we set goals? Because if we do not, there is a very real possibility of getting something more over time – and that's a lot of remorse.
Have you heard the saying that people never regret the things they do, but only regret the things they do not? It's true. And it is a good starting point for making changes in your life. If you make small changes, like cutting cookies as a snack, or "big as to change jobs and change of residence, all will have the effect of changing your life for the better.
We all have busy lives. But it is easy to get caught in the hustle and bustle, and forget all the things we want to achieve. And that's exactly why we should have some time – even if only half an hour – to think about what you really want out of life.
Miss your favorite show of the night. Take a half hour at lunch to sit and think about what was more like to achieve. Take a long soak in the bath. Trust me, half an hour can be the best investment you in the rest of his life.
Take a notebook and pencil and write down everything you'd like to achieve. Large and small. Significant and silly. Write everything down. Taking the only thing that really stands out from the rest. The one that makes your stomach flop and adrenaline flowing in the bloodstream. The one really wants.
Then write it down. This may sound simple, but there is a way to do that increase your chances of success greatly. And if we consider that it is a fact that 80% people who write their goals achieve them, you are virtually guaranteeing that your goal a reality!
The secret? Write your goal as if they have achieved. As So if your goal is to lose two kilos in weight, you would write something like this:
"I weigh ten stone, and I look thin and healthy. I like to wear clothes small, and eating a healthy diet rich in fruits and vegetables. "
Write this on a number of Post-It notes and stick them in the most likely to see them. I tend to take my goal now stuck in my computer, as I see it constantly throughout the day. It really works, too. Every time I read, the more embedded in your subconscious, and you will find things starting to Make Your goal closer to being a reality.
This technique really works. Try it. Implement, and stick Post-It notes, which sees more.
Go to it, and good luck. You can really achieve everything you want in life.
