When home-buying, what do landlords mean by “Dollhouse?”?
My husband and I are beginning to search real-estate, mostly rentals, and I see a lot that say “Dollhouse.” What do they mean by this? Some are a good size. (I originally thought that maybe it meant they were smaller.) Searching online makes it seem like they might be houses that have been flipped? But I was wondering if anyone knows for sure.

I doubt it means different colors, because more than one has been white.
To me that means it was painted weird colors and lots of them, as you do with a Doll House.
