Can anyone recommend a make and model of a furnace that I can use for baking cookies and cakes? "
I am a student living in Quezon City, Manila. As a complementary activity, I can sell cookies to people in my school, my friend who has her own stand coffee, and our small shop in home. Our oven is old and needs repair, since it seems incompatible baking. I have heard that there are many types of furnaces, such as convection ovens, gas ovens, electric ovens, etc I need to find an oven that fits a home kitchen setting yet can accommodate at least two baking sheets (so that I can bake faster – at present only one baking sheet at a time). If someone can suggest a make and model, kindly do. Alternatively, you can help by suggesting places for me to start to search. My budget is around P15-P20k range, but I do not even know if that is enough or too much for what I need. Any advice will be greatly appreciated. Thanks advance for those who answer my question!
