metal mesh ironing board makes my shirts …?
when I iron a nice shirt, sometimes I can see the wire mesh background the ironing board is coming through the shirt. as I can see the cross pattern on the bottom plate on the shirt. Does anyone have this problem? bought iron plate and white … not super cheap or anything, and even buy other coverage of the board and that helps a little but not completely. the cause of this happening?
Yes it sucks for sure. I feel your pain. Buy a covering is not the answer unless you put the two covers together. Two covers will usually be help. If I were you, I like to spend a little more money in a deck you want, then put one over the original. This will solve most your problem. The other problem is that you are using an iron that is too hot. Try dropping the heat down a notch or two.
