Any information on possible places would be great. Also, has anyone had success growing them from spores? I think they are beautiful mushroom, and I love to have something that grows in a miniature glass in my house porch. I remember reading that amanitas trees grow next to pine … i where a pine forest would be the only place I could find right? Can you tell me what the forest, where and in what country you've seen?

Yeah yeah I've seen it grow in a rainforest.

Plant a Terrarium at Home

Planting terrarium is a specialized part of gardening at home, but interesting. A large number of forest plants that thrive in their natural environment will not grow at all in the house due to lack of moisture in the air. Terrariums provide this humid atmosphere and allow you to carry home plants in the forest.

The theory behind the terrarium is that in a closed container the plants take up moisture through their roots and transpire through the leaves will condense and eventually returns to earth again, keeping the plants watered and at the same time keep the air inside the container at a point just below saturation.

Containers to use. If you are thinking about starting Your Own terrarium that will probably find that you have all the material and equipment you need in the home. fish tanks, especially those that are not too large and unwieldy, making terrariums very good. Everything for them is a glass top. If you go to start from scratch, you can Build Your own container with a flat box, down the side of the bottom, and installation with glass sides that can be taped, and a tall glass.
