what should I do about my ex and the kids?
my ex’s wife got wasted and hurt their 3month old, then punched and kicked him while he was holding the baby. My children witnessed this and much more in the passed. Like 52 domestic calls in a year. He hasn’t tried to pick up the kids in the last 2months but they are on a high horse thinking the charges will be dropped and hes wanting to take them over there. But since this has been going on they have been posting very ignorant things about me and some things about my children on the internet. I don’t feel comfortable letting them go but I want them to see their father. I know they will be drilled and have to listen to people talking bad about their mother and trying to convince them that what happened is okay. Mind you my oldest might have to testify against her being that she witnessed this. WHAT SHOULD I DO? My attorney says I don’t have to let them go but morally I know they want to see HIM.
i wouldn’t let my children around it. see about getting full custody in court mention the abuse and numerous domestic violence calls.
