diet meal plan helps you lose weight?
Can anyone make me a meal plan that is easy, and I go to school and their approximately 2,600 calories and I'm trying to lose weight? I can not imagine a meal plan that comes to 2500 calories. oh and at school, I eat a turkey sandwich, ham and milk Bologni because I can not change the food because they are difficult to bring food to school. I run five times a week and lift weights, but do not want to lose muscle mass.
Divide those calories depending on how many times you have a lunch break. For example I try to keep my calories to 1500 so eat 500 in the breakfast, 400 at lunch, 300 at dinner and 300 for a snack at the end of the day or if I need to snack throughout the day. Hope that helps =) Edit: I do so because are you supposed to eat less and less during the day for best results.
