What would you recommend as the best first aid kit pocket for an expedition?
Basically. I just want a kit first aid kit that contains everything you need, as well as space for additional items you may need (insect repellent, antihistamines, and other CETRA) a belt clip would be useful. At the time I'm watching a Gelert ACC227 does anyone know of any better ones? Also, not looking spend to much £ 20 max.
That's good. Kavekars you only need a single shot Derringer in the first aid kit. If you get hurt that bad shot is all you need LOL
December 1, World AIDS Day
December 1 is remembered as the World AIDS Day. Is a method to educate people about AIDS so we can concentrate on the fight against AIDS and have future plans to combat it and find a solid solution to remove it from our planet earth.
What is AIDS (Acquired Immune Deficiency Syndrome)? It is a disorder of immune system cells mediated by the body. There is a reduction in the number of cells called helper T cells, which stimulate antibody production by B cells This resulted in the loss of natural resources defense against viral infection.
AIDS-Related Complex (ARC) is a mild form of AIDS. Its symptoms are swollen lymph nodes, fever, sweating night and weight loss. Patients with ARC has a high chance of early development of AIDS. ARC is also known as a predromal AIDS.
The discovery AIDS
AIDS was first detected in the U.S. of homosexuals in 1981. AIDS virus was isolated and identified by Professor Luc Montagnier in France in 1983 and almost simultaneously by Professor Robert Gallo in the U.S.. AIDS infections were detected in India for the first time in Chennai prostitutes in 1986.

The transmission of infected blood or blood products.

- The birth from mother to infant due to rupture of blood vessels.
- Artificial insemination.
- Organ transplantation.
Precautions Against AIDS
At present we have no perfect treatment to cure AIDS, because there is no vaccine has been prepared to date against the AIDS virus, but a lot of precautions have been suggested. The following are the most important measures that can help prevent AIDS.
- With use-do-m, while having sex with a partner whose knowledge is limited. It is better not to have sex with more than one partner. And the message to children (men), have respect for girls (women), sex is your lover / wife not only used as a sex gadget.
- Pay attention while giving blood for any purpose, disposable needles and syringes should be used. needles and syringes should be destroyed.
- Use Your Own razor and shaving and do not share with anyone, nobody even media members family.
- Pay attention while taking treatment from a doctor, dentist eg you must use sterilized equipment.

Myths about AIDS, can not be acquired by the following:
- AIDS is not spread through air, water and contact normal physical.
- It does not spread by biting insects like mosquitoes.
- It does not spread through kissing, shaking hands, coughing and sneezing.
- It does not spread through sharing towels, utilities, telephone, pools and spas.
- If a husband or wife is suffering from AIDS, it is not necessary that your partner also has the disease.
- I do not have a mother who suffers from AIDS is always giving birth to a child suffering from AIDS, newborns can be protected to give proper treatment.
Our Social Duties
AIDS can not be removed from the earth unless we understand our social obligations. To fight AIDS we must perform these tasks:
- A person suffering from AIDS should not have sex with anyone.
- A person suffering from AIDS must have adequate medical treatment when injured and to prevent any direct contact with blood infected with HIV.
- Not to hate the AIDS patients while increasing morale of a normal social life.
- We must follow the precautions listed medical previously to live along the HIV-infected person.
- We must educate people about AIDS as this or any other means.
