Accidentally eating sushi/sashimi prior to finding out I was pregnant?
I took my pregnancy test and it was confirmed I am pregnant. Im about 5-6 weeks along. Long story short, I accidentally had sushi/sashimi the same week (but prior) of my pregnancy test. Im now very worry that I may have harm my embryo?!? Not sure if Im overreacting or what? I feel fine. No bad symptoms yet. Just very paranoid. Pls provide feedback asap? Thanks

theoretically you could each raw fish throughout pregnancy and have no repercussions. its just advice to help you avoid potential problems.
