How to make a doll house with Popsicle sticks
Building a dollhouse of Popsicle sticks is a project fun to do for a child or to decorate your home. The level design and extravagance is unlimited once you start. After the Completed Dollhouse, furniture, dolls and miniatures can be added others to make this dollhouse a realistic look.
These structures can be completed to use as a screen on a table a shelf or can be hung as Wall Decor. Depending on the location, depth of the unit must be taken into design consideration.
What you will need:
- Popsicle sticks
- Craft glue
- Cutting Box
- Tape
- Ruler
- Utility Cutting Board
- Graph paper (optional)
- Painting and decorating fabric
Step 1 – Design
First you must decide how many rooms and the size of the dollhouse. The use of small cardboard boxes can be used to define the size and layout of the playhouse. Note the size ratios of the room sizes and ceiling heights. It will be easier if the base of the ceiling height by the length of the sticks.
