I c / c of this new poem I wrote?
I built my doll house made of cardboard and sheets made pond in the back with ducks, but not a swan was seen or not pirouetting happy, I blinked, the rain fell and when I woke up and was not .. I saw the shadows crouched low in the corner darker. There were cups, cans and bottles between me and the unknown. A river of tears flooded the place since the last time I remember, maybe just drown in them because they are mine. Laid the foundation for future failure. I will suffer many incidents 'should have' and 'Why' I I am a doll posed in the position in the mini-kitchen board, having lost the will to dare or dream after several aborted attempts. First of all I would to say I enjoyed reading your poem a lot. I'm not an English teacher, but I think it may have taken enough college literature classes to say something useful about your poem. The images and figurative language is a pleasure to read. The meaning seems personal, and I'm not sure if he knows what it is. I guess the third stanza explained. The poem is from someone who regrets taking a series of bad decisions that she believes her life has become in the cardboard facade of a life. I wish I could give more criticism, but I will not give bad advice and I am not an expert. I think however that you may have been too wordy, but gave him room to be playful that I enjoyed. I also believe that parts of the poem about to be melodramatic, but I've read the poets who were published melodramatic, as Randall Jarrell, for example. I think objects and images are a bit messy in the first half of the poem, but after reading the poem a couple of times I've gotten used to it. Overall, very pleasant, and I love the song at the end. I guess after reading the poem a few times its meaning is quite clear. The woman is mocked not going to act in his will despite still has a will. I think I know that feeling well.
