What is a good recipe idea for a Christmas Cake / cake / dessert?
Despite planning to make a good Christmas cake this year my parents, brother and boyfriend have all told me they really do not like Christmas cake at all! My mom makes mince pies of legend, and none of them are very interested in the Christmas pudding, either … Does anyone have a good idea for an alternative Christmas pudding / cake / dessert?
My family does not eat cake Christmas either. I can make a chocolate mud cake and decorate with white chocolate ganache to make it look more like a traditional Christmas cake. I found this recipe online long ago and is the best I've ever tasted. How to make a meringue dessert cake pineapple
