Ate a patty of ground beef in a lite bread with a slice of fat free American cheese. and one of those mini tins of beans No Pork. " I had all that around 6 PM. some want to leave a little pilgrim Robbins Ice Cream or somthing. but then again ill probably just have a banana in a bit. but then thatll be all that I have today. What do you think as I did a good job?
