How many calories are in in the average beef curry from a chinese take-away?
I’m doing the calorie counting diet and I’ve entered everything I ate yesterday into the database except my dinner cos I dont know how many calories to enter! I had about 1/3 of the beef curry and 1/2 of the special fried rice. Someone please help. Just need a rough number to enter!
