A seventh Birthday Party for my little sister's party fun suggestions?

I'm throwing a party next weekend for my sister which in turn, seven in the morning. So far, two of the seven girls who are invited (along with two of her girl cousins who are also 7). ((Incase your wondering, Mommy a tumor, only had surgery tomorrow, My little brother turns 8 on Wednesday, and she gave a party last week … but my sister needs a celebration also – trying to help)) .. The party is Saturday April 28, 1912 at 16:00. So far I know we will do the following: 1. Have pizza, 2. pin the tale on the donkey (I know it but theres a nice Corney 3. Involved Award), 4. A pinyatta (i also did not spell that well … the thing that hit and the candy comes out) 5. make Your Own ice cream ice cream (which my sister wanted instead of the cake) What else I can do with 7 year old girls? I was thinking about having some makeup / nail polish and let the girls get all dolled up, but my sister isn't really girley things like that (it has two siblings)

Umm, what up now looks very fun. You can also make them play musical chairs. It always gets a party! :) Good luck and hope she has a Happy Birthday daddy!

How to organize a party to go to the bathroom

How a party to go to the bathroom

A party to go to the bathroom is a great way to start potty training. Who does not love a party? You can make it a big party with friends, maybe play a game if you are all starting to train to the bathroom at the same time or have only you and your child love the individual attention. It may also be local Baby Signs Instructor come to make a potty party for yourself and your gaming group! Find Your local instructor

For your own party here are the basics:

1. Speak up all week. Be very excited! Even if your son is not too excited about potty training, if driving it's contagious.

2. Wrap gifts for your child to open the first thing that day. Some good gift ideas are:

* Potty
* Great for kids Underwear
* Disposable Wipes
* Special Soap
* Blow bubbles while sitting on the potty
* Potty Train DVD
* Book train toilet
* Demonstrate toilet Doll Time
* Special Toy potty time

3. Make a cake, cupcakes or ice cream … is simply not a party without cake.

4. Get some small balloons and decorations to make it look like a party.

5. A good decoration is underwear party hats you are going …. really. Send me a picture:)

6. Look at his new train toilet DVD, read the book and stay excited about little Johnny become a big boy and using the potty.

7. Take it with you every time you go to the bathroom. You choose to sit either in the bathroom by himself or his new doll (stuffed) sit on the potty.

8. Keep in underwear, cleaning accidents quickly and quietly with "Oops! We will try to do the bathroom next time!" And continue with the party.

9. Time Art – Making a table of prizes with their children. * Or buy one and to help you endure.

Have it made for a weeks. If you make a new one every week helps to keep it fun for your child.

Having a place for them to put a sticker on the table every time you tell Mommy they need to go to the bathroom, pee, poop and wash your hands.

Have a special prize for any accidents in a day and a jackpot for any accident in a week.

Children need constant positive reinforcement and enthusiasm to keep them involved.

These parties are fun and a great way get kids excited about potty training.
