Where I can find bargains on clothing for men? When are the best deals available?
What are the best shops to go for the costumes / dress shirts / relationships / shoes? What are the best websites? Is there a particular time of year when the best Sales are in? 38S I'm also so where I can go for smaller clothes?
Go to Burlington Coat Factory. They are very cheap in the price and style! very sharp clothes will not be disappointed. If you do not have one then you can try Burlington JC Penney or Kohl's. The best time for sales is around Christmas or when school is starting I guess. But Burlington is still quite cheap.
