Where I can find a fashion Doll House old?
Where I can find a fashion doll house, and I'm looking for an Old Fashion doll. (Furniture and dolls NOT be included). It is necessary to look realistic or in other words, a shrunken old house behind the 1930 to 1950. And their needs to be cheap, but it may be worth "money" I guess you could say. I mean it can be a bit expensive, but I've been on e-bay looking for some and I'm not paying $ 500 + for an empty (or Fully Furnished) dollhouse. Please help! It must include at least 5 rooms: Room Bathroom Dining Kitchen A den area (such as chairs and sofas of the company) THANK YOU ALL FOR YOUR HELP sorry to put this issue in the categories at random. only I really need an answer
If you want to put at the same time, some toy stores sell them. I once got one for $ 19 because they were not going to take more. You may have to search the garage sales or Craigslist. Tell everyone you know if someone has one that is not in use. Look in those small jobs where people is selling things.

A setting of floor and a queen
Queen Mary's Doll House is undoubtedly the most magnificent displays of beauty, detail and creativity of any House Dolls history. King George V of the United Kingdom presented this house to the Queen Mary in 1924 as a gift from the people of England to reveal to future generations of royalty how he lived during the twentieth century.
Princess Marie Louise was the first to address the idea of creating a masterpiece of Sir Edwin Lutyens, one of the best architects England at the time. Taken by the idea, immediately set Lutyens to design a house that would be worthy of a queen, spared no expense. I wanted to create a fully furnished house in miniature, which is required to items found in Windsor Castle, to the smallest detail.
Built at 1:12 scale and standing about three and a half feet tall, the doll's house forty room began to take shape. Lutyens artists and craftsmen employed to work within. To give an idea of the detail and attention given to these rooms, built a full front lobby of a swirling staircase to the second floor, a library with shelves walnut, a servant pantry equipped with all modern day comforts and a Queen bedroom with a Canopy Bed, the night sky painted on the ceiling.
These little details alone would be enough to make the Queen Mary's Dolls House Miniatures of the most impressive ever assembled. Sir Lutyens plans were more ambitious.
He insisted that it is necessary that everything inside the house are in full operation. He hired electricians to do all the work of light and chandelier, plumbers to do all toilet and faucet running, and artisans that two elevators stopping at each floor. He even went so far as to have a gramophone one-twelfth scale in order to work as normal when playing.
Sir Lutyens had talented furniture makers of the day make a replica of the furniture found in Windsor Castle. It had all the cupboards stocked canned goods bearing the logos of popular brands that are in the real queen kitchen. There was bedding, curtains, clothing, toys, and carpets created to scale. The basement cellar containing miniature bottles of wine tags filled with real sorrow of a real wine advertising thimble. The toilet even had its own roll of Toilet Paper.
Over one hundred and seventy writers, Poet Laureate Robert Bridges to Rudyard Kipling, were commissioned to write books for the library in miniature. provided well-known artists and art watercolors Queen Doll Mary's House.
As the project soared, led a Lutyens Sir Dolls' House Committee to oversee all these artists, writers, and companies willing to lend there services to its vision.
No detail was forgotten. There were Royal Doulton and Wedgewood China, a Singer Sewing Machine in room clothing, utensils, decorations, napkins, albums, stamps, and a little snail crawling on a leaf in the garden.
By the end of the project, near thousand five hundred people participated in the creation of the dollhouse. Queen Mary was a great joy when he saw his gift, and ruled the house to share with everyone to people can see and appreciate the genius of the English people.
He made his first appearance in 1924 in the British Empire Exhibition, which attracts two million visitors before it was moved to Windsor Castle. There remains today a dollhouse for anyone to see and enjoy.
