“Flame-Chef” cookware?
I bought a beautiful ceramic casserole a few years ago at a thrift store…cobalt blue with a white lid and floral design on the lid… bottom is stamped “Flame Chef Japan” It is the best casserole dish I’ve ever cooked in. And I’ve used Le Creuset, Lodge cast-iron, you name it. A month or so ago I sadly cracked one of the handles off. It’s still usable but I have been fruitless in my efforts to find a replacement or matching pieces on line anywhere, or even any info about the company. All I found was one similar dish (ugly design though) on the New Zealand version of EBay. Does anyone know where I can find “Flame Chef”?
I’m a good googler and I can’t find a thing either!
