What documents / certificates of insurance must be able to have a Cake Stand at a fair country?
My girlfriend is wanting to install a post small cake in a country fair / market, but she has never done before and not sure what documents I would need. We know that he would need a Certificate in Food Hygiene, but who knows what else. Do you need some type of insurance also? If you could please help and also let me know where it should go to achieve and documention and what type of insurance would be required would be most grateful. Thank you very much for your response.
It is possible that you will need a number of sales tax, to collect and pay sales tax. Safe? Find out if you need it. Ask Organizers of the fair that, because maybe not.
