Recurring habit?
Today my 2yr old daughter did her worse act ever. I was in my room when I heard my brother yelling for my daughter to hurry out of the kitchen. I ran to see that my Little Girl had put one of her dolls in the broiler part under the oven and it caught on fire when my mom started baking a cake. My brother told me all he saw was smoke and then a big fire come from underneath followed by a nasty smell of burnt plastic. Lately i’ve been noticing she’s been a little theif as to taking things and hiding them in weird places, hence under the stove. I didn’t get mad at my daughter cause I know she doesn’t know better, but is there certain child locks that can lock it up or how can I teach her to don’t do that so she won’t catch the house on fire next time!
i completely understand i have twin girls the same age as your daughter the best thing you can do is explain how touching ovens and stealing are big no-no’s and deserve a time out or take whatever it is away sooner or later when she starts running out of dolls she’ll get the picture. also is lt her know that fire is really dangerous and hot and she wants nothing to do with it. good luck

A Catered Affair Tickets- Family Drama With a Dash of Wedding Cake
Before you think the costs of weddings is a new fad, get a pair of A Catered Affair tickets and see that families began fighting over wedding finances way before wedding reality shows like Bridezillas. A Catered Affair depicts all of the ins and outs of wedding planning and how arrangements can quickly become larger than life. The play explores the theme of family and what it means to truly be one.
Set in the Bronx during the 1950s, the scene is set with an older couple, Agnes and cab driver Tom, having lost a son in the war. Good news comes quickly after as their daughter announces she is getting married. Although daughter Janey is fine with having a small wedding, the local women pressure Agnes, who eventually convinces Tom to spring for a lavish affair. Tom agrees but it will cost him his life saving he was planning on using to buy out one of the shares of his cab. The plans get out of hand and Janey becomes increasingly uncomfortable with all of the attention. Along with a meddling Uncle, the problems faced by the Hurley family seem insurmountable. The cast consists of numerous stars and award winners. Two-time Tony Award nominee Tom Wopat comes in as father Tom. Wopat is also a singer who has made the Billboard Charts and one of his Tony nominations is for his role in A Catered Affair. Guys and Dolls Tony Award Winner Faith Prince plays opposite Wopat as wife Agnes and was also nominated for a Tony in this role. She has been on TV shows like Grey’s Anatomy, House and Monk. Janey is played by Leslie Kritzer who has been on other Broadway productions like Hairspray and Legally Blonde. As the World Turns and One Life to Live actor Matt Cavenaugh plays Ralph and veteran Harvey Fierstein plays Uncle Winston.
Everyone who has a family will appreciate this intricate look at how families push each others’ buttons but eventually lean on each other in times of trouble.
