i want to use salted butter to make cookies and a Chocolate Cake?
i don’t have margarine, vegetable oil(only olive oil),applesauce, crisco, or unsalted butter. is there ANYTHING i can bake? like cookie/ cake without butter/oil.
I’m scared that the salted butter will ruin the flavor and make it realy salty.
Use the salted butter and reduce the amount of salt in the recipe by about 1/3. The amount of salt in butter is really a small percentage, it’s only there for taste and to help the butter to keep longer.
