Bread Set
I made some strawberry, blackcurrant and rhubarb jam, but it will not serve. How I can get the set? Help?
I made jams over use my bread machine. I followed the recipe for bread maker instructions, but the jam will not occur. It is very nasal. I tried to put it in the refrigerator, adding gelatin, and even recooking, but will not serve. Will I be able to use it or I'll have to throw it away.
Did you use a thickening agent such as insurance gel or certo? If not then you might want to cook again and add that as the package says. If you have used it …… then I agree with John ….. freezing may do so. I saw the recipe bread machine once and never tried. Good luck hun.
