age at which babies first start to see colors? rainbow would be a good decoration in a baby room?
I have to do a decoration for a child class project in dev. a decoration or a toy. im thinking of making a rainbow and put it in the window so that light can shine through of different colors. baby in sight. or if someone has another idea?
