Cake Decorating Children's Birthday – basic needs
Has your child ever asked to make a Pirate Barco cake? Or a fairy cake for your next birthday?
When I started baking and decorating my kids Birthday Cakes, the variety of decorating tools I could buy seemed endless. And there were plenty of advice out there in cake decorating! It was a whole new world for me. Still, I reined my impulsive nature to buy everything I thought I needed, and purchased some basic tools.
These are basic elements that have "stood by me in my quest for the decoration of color creations and "birthday cakes cool for my children ask each year on their birthdays.
In addition to these ideas, I added some helpful tips for cake decorating kids' new birthday – some of which were me a freely given, while a few other goodies were borne from my own mistakes …
Team Cake Decorating:
You do not need elaborate equipment but need some basic supplies. You can buy more of the following special deliveries baking shops or even your supermarket local. They are indispensable for baking and decorating any Birthday Cake novelty of your child could imagine.

Reusable 8 ", 12" and 18 "bags with plastic liner on the inside for easy cleaning. Clear plastic bags, sealable disposable are ideal for small jobs.
Coupling Nozzles:
These nozzles are essential because they allow you to change your tips according to design. They can also act as a very large round writing tip for piping figures.
Gel, powder or paste coloring:
These are preferable to liquid food coloring because they concentrate more and not for the thin frosting.
Tips:
1. Have all ingredients at room temperature.
2. Use an electric mixer to beat the cake mix. You have more chance to eliminate lumps in the mixture of pre-baked cake.
3. Wire Cake Racks are essential for cooling and inverting cakes.
4. Trim baked cake to be flat. Use the base as smooth as the top of the finished cake and decorate with icing.
5. To stop the collapse, bake the cake the day before you need to decorate and put in the freezer. Decorate while cold.
6. Cake boards are quite cheap to pick up cake decorating shops. Or you can cover a large piece of cardboard (cut from a box) with colored paper.
