Niels Joergen Haugesen

Versatility is the word that perhaps best describes the architect of Denmark, who told the world how important it was for furniture be operational. Niels Joergen Haugesen not believe in the work of art of great beauty unless it matched the beauty in the effectiveness and efficiency.

In 1956, when Niels Joergen Haugesen was twenty, was trained as a cabinetmaker. Needless to say that the design was incorporated into his brain to a very young age to Haugesen showed all signal strength, capacity and originality. Niels Joergen Haugesen spent five years of his life sentence in Arne Jacobsen in Copenhagen and learning all about furniture design. Today Jacobsen is one of his idols and motivations.

Niels Joergen Haugesen Haugesen designed the table for which he won the Award in 1986 and won Identification this award the following year by his beloved X-line chair. Line X president is very interesting to watch with the legs forming the shape of X. It looks like its representation schematic and therefore radiates simplicity of design in the style of the Niels Haugesen.

Niels Joergen Haugesen collections are tremendously attractive. For example, your library Seating called "Distance" is named for its unique support. There is a fine division between the two halves back together by thin but durable poles. This makes the seat and the upper support is suspended in the air. The nature of their design shows that it need not be too many complications for furniture be innovative and elegant. Distance sofas are available in two and four parking spaces and designs are available in plain weave, and use vibrant, eccentric multicolored stripes seen in other parts.

Another wonderful geometric Haugesen Nimbus is the system table. This unique design combines five separate tables and arranges to form a single piece of a single table. Using this style, a combination or permutation of the endless tables can be used to form large tables. Haugesen has a number Nimbus five such tables each experimented with different types and colors of wood. This gives the tabletop a unique look, because while we can easily say diversity and the separation of each top, the surprising mixture of these boards can be admired at the same time.

The collection is a cross xylophone nice metal and wood. While the seats are teak, which is known for its stability and strength, the legs are connected to the support system and seat for steel. This prevents the bank and the xylophone xylophone chair to be firm.

In 1996, he won the Danish designer of furniture that was much anticipated after his deserved win Furniture Danish Forest Association Award and the Award Danish Design Furniture Industries. In 1998, the Danish State Art Fund was set at this man's creative genius and gave him the granting of any artist's life. In the U.S., which is represented in the renowned Museum of Modern Art both in New York.

When it comes to greatness least the "Let's say" mess "on the furniture, Niels Joergen Haugesen definitely deserves a worthy mention.
