Advice on the sale of an old German horse-drawn sleigh?
My boss has asked me to help her sell an antique sleigh. This sled was made in Germany. She says it's about 200 years. I have not seen yet, so I do not know if it is in good enough shape to use as a vehicle drawn by horses. I think she could get the maximum price if our market place is going beyond the state we're in, but sending an item like this is also a concern. She told me she thinks it could fetch as much as $ 10,000. I have no idea why you think you have that value. I've never investigated the sales price an article like this. She paid 10% commission. Any suggestions on how to proceed? EBay is an obvious market and I need that suggestion. Does anyone have an original idea?
